If you'd like to get started, and wonder if you have the basic criteria for a loan.  Here's what's required for starters.

Minimum loan amount $1,000,000.
Guarantors must have a collective net worth two times the loan amount.
Guarantors must have liquidity greater than or equal to 18 months principal and interest payments post-closing.
Guarantors must maintain at least one U.S. bank account maintaining a balance of at least 5% of the loan amount.
Borrower must be a U.S. LLC or other U.S.-based entity.
Guarantors must own additional US real estate assets other than the subject property and demonstrate an understanding of US business and real estate practices.
